What areas do you service?
PDX is based in Newberg and serves the south Portland metro — Tigard, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Wilsonville — and the broader Willamette Valley. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, send us a message and we’ll confirm.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. PDX is fully mobile. We come to your driveway, your workplace, wherever your car is parked. You don’t need to drop it off anywhere.
What do you need to complete a mobile detail?
Access to your vehicle, a standard power outlet, and a water source if available. We bring everything else.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle, a power outlet, and water, we can work while you’re inside, at work, or running errands. Most customers hand off the keys and go about their day.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the service. An Exterior detail runs about 2 hours. Essential or Essential Interior is 2–3 hours. Premier Interior is 3–4 hours. A full Premier detail is 5–6 hours. We’ll confirm the time estimate when you book.
What’s included in a detail?
Every PDX detail covers the full vehicle — interior and exterior surfaces, or one or the other depending on the package. Scope varies by service level. The Services page lists exactly what’s included in each package with pricing, so you know what you’re getting before you book.
Can I book online?
Yes. Use the Book Now button on any page to pick your service and schedule a time. You can also text or call us directly.
Do you do mold remediation?
Yes. PDX handles mold and mildew remediation for vehicle interiors — including cars, boats, and RVs. If another detailer turned you away, call PDX. We’ll assess the situation and give you an honest scope and price.
Do you have a maintenance plan?
Yes. The PDX Maintenance Club is a recurring detailing plan — monthly or quarterly — that keeps your vehicle in shape year-round at a lower per-visit rate. Check the Maintenance Club page for details and pricing.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products on every job. Safe for kids, pets, and all interior surfaces once dry.
